Information
Approximately
2 1/2 months before your lease is
to expire J.B.J. Properties will
mail you a lease renewal. You will
have until 60 days prior to the
lease expiration date to decide
if you want to renew your lease.
We do require a 60 day written notice
from you if you plan to vacate.
We have a Notice of Intent to Vacate
form for you to use. You will need
Acrobat Reader to open the form.

MONTHS OF NOVEMBER OR DECEMBER.
