Basic Restrictions:
• A one-story home shall be a minimum
of 2,000 square feet.
• A two-story home shall have a
minimum of 2,400 square feet (1,200
minimum on first floor).
• Only natural materials such as
brick, stone, wood, cedar, stucco or
concrete siding (i.e. hardi-plank) may be
used on exterior walls.
• All homes must have an attached side entry
garage with a minimum two car capacity.
• All plans must be approved by
the Architectural Control Committee.
• Well and on-site septic system
required.
• Minimum building set back is 50
feet from any street right of way. Minimum
side yard is 25 feet. Minimum rear yard is
40 feet.
