Basic Restrictions:

of 1,300 square feet.
• A two-story home shall have a
minimum of 1,600 square feet (800
minimum on first floor).
• Aluminum, vinyl, Hardi-plank or
natural material exteriors will be allowed
as approved by the Architectural Control
Committee.
• Minimum 6/12 roof pitch with
weatherwood color dimensional shingles.
• Landscaping must be installed
within 12 months of occupancy permit.
• All plans must be approved by
the Architectural Control Committee.
