Basic Restrictions:
• A one-story home shall be a minimum of 1,500 square feet.
• A two-story home shall have a minimum of 2,200 square feet (1,100 minimum on first floor).
• Aluminum, vinyl, brick and wood exteriors will be allowed.
• All homes must have an attached garage with a minimum two car capacity with asphalt or concrete driveway.
• All plans must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.
• Each lot will require a lamp post installed prior to occupancy.
• Minimum building set back is 35 feet from any street right of way. Minimum side yard is 15 feet. Minimum rear yard is 35 feet.

Directions:
Hillside View is Germantown's newest residential development with only 8 lots. Located within the Wooded Hills Subdivision off of Donges Bay Road. Take Magnolia Drive north of Donges Bay Road, Hillside View will be on the east side of the road. Or take Bel Aire Lane to Wooded Hills Drive, go south on Wooded Hills Drive to Hillside View.
