Basic Restrictions:
• A one-story home shall be a minimum
of 1,500 square feet.
• A two-story home shall have a
minimum of 2,200 square feet (1,100
minimum on first floor).
• Aluminum, vinyl, brick and wood
exteriors will be allowed.
• All homes must have an attached garage with a minimum two car
capacity with asphalt or concrete
driveway.
• All plans must be approved by
the Architectural Control Committee.
• Each lot will require a lamp
post installed prior to occupancy.
• Minimum building set back is 35
feet from any street right of way. Minimum
side yard is 15 feet. Minimum rear yard is
35 feet.
